Equality Utah focuses on meeting people where they are, building on shared values. Mindy works to find common ground between fellow Utahns. She is a certified Gallup Strengthsfinder coach and Moral Courage mentor. Using these skills, she will walk through how to value each other's inherent humanity and respect each other's viewpoints, with the goal of creating a more inclusive Utah.
