Sponsorship Opportunities
Why Sponsor?
Very few things present a brand in the exciting and innovative way that event sponsorship does. If you or your company are looking for a way to get your brand out there, or if you have a well-known brand looking to give back in a creative way, sponsoring a LiveDAYBREAK event may be the answer you’re looking for.
Daybreak is home to 30,000+ residents of varying interests. LiveDAYBREAK’s goal is to provide a sense of community for every one of those residents. Sponsoring a LiveDAYBREAK event puts your brand in front of the community in a great way.
About Our Events
Daybreak is a community of people with varying interests and lifestyles. We try to cater to all of them with a variety of events, programs, clubs, and activities. There are events that your company can sponsor that match your brand and will bring you face to face with your people.
We host events that range from niche wine tastings to full-on summer concerts that get thousands of attendees. There are cultural festivals and children’s events, as well as holiday community celebrations and community outreach.
Pricing and Package Information
We host a variety of events that range from 50 to 5,000 attendees. Sponsorship packages range in price depending on the size of the event.
Our different types of events, the number of attendees expected, package price and included benefits are listed below. Events that fall into each category are also included. Please note: the package price is for one event/ series only.
Sponsorship and Partnership Policy
Purpose
LiveDAYBREAK seeks sponsorships primarily to:
- Establish relationships with key businesses and individuals in the community
- Increase the budgets for events to accommodate a greater number of attendees and/or higher quality entertainment
- Diversify department income
General Guidelines
Event sponsors should exemplify LiveDAYBREAK’s guiding pillars. Therefore, LiveDAYBREAK and its Board have the discretion to allow or deny a business to sponsor an event. Criteria for sponsors include:
- Only one business per industry (per tier – for concerts; per event for all other events)
- Preference is given to returning sponsors
- Full payment must be made prior to LiveDAYBREAK fulfilling any benefits included in the sponsorship.
Sponsors should match the atmosphere/theme for the event as much as possible (i.e. kid-friendly entities sponsoring family events). Sponsors are different from partnerships or gifts.
Standards and Procedures – General Event Sponsorships
Event sponsorships (excluding concerts) are determined by the scope and size of the event, the potential for media coverage, and the total number of attendees. As events evolve and grow, an event may change from one classification to another.
Generally speaking, the breakdown is as follows:
Niche
- 25-250 attendees
- Specialized audience
Mid-Size
- 250 – 1000+ attendees
- Large specialized audience
- Possible media coverage
- Series or recurring event
Signature
- 2000+ attendees
- General audience. Some signature events are for Daybreak residents only; some are open to the general public.
- History of/likely media coverage
