Does your neighbor's landscaping look amazing? Do you notice a neighbor working extra hard in their yard to help enhance our great Community atmosphere? If so, nominate them for the Yard of the Month! Yard of the Month winners will receive identified by placing a sign on the front lawn, and the residents will receive a fabulous prize.

2021 Updates

• Residents will nominate their neighbors by the 1st of the month. 
• The finalists will be narrowed down to the top 5 from the Committee
• The Community will vote for the grand prize winner for the Yard Of The Month.
• The top prize will be a $200 gift card. The remaining four finalists will win a $50 gift card.
• Everyone will receive a certificate and a sign placed in their yard.
