In November, Richard Piggott's two-year term as the resident voting board member will be up. Another resident will have the opportunity to serve as the new resident voting board member for the next two years. Our Nominating Committee helps select candidates for the election, and then each household receives one vote for the candidate of their choice.

Meet the Candidate Night
On Wednesday, September 14 we held a meet the candidate night at the DCC. This was a formal meeting where the candidates answered questions in a panel format. The meet the candidate night videos will be uploaded shortly.

Register for the Candidate Social
On Thursday, October 6 from 7:00 - 8:30 pm, we will be holding a candidate social at the Azalea in the Primrose Room. Residents can chat with candidates one-on-one while enjoying light refreshments. Register here.

Voting
Voting will take place either via email or mail-in ballots. If we have your email on file, you will be sent an email on October 7. Each household will receive one code, and your registration code can be used once between October 7 and November 14. If we do not have your email on file, you will be mailed a ballot on October 5. You will have until November 9 to return your ballot via mail for it to be counted in the election. Election results will be announced on November 16 during the Annual Meeting.

Resident Voting Board Member Candidate Information
The candidates are Lisa Radke, Zakia Richardson and Scott Sherman. Lisa was nominated by a resident from the floor during the pre-election meeting. Zakia and Scott were interviewed and selected by the Nominating Committee comprised of five residents and one developer-appointed board member. Click on the image below to view the candidate bios.
