Open board Meeting Highlights February 2020

During the February 27, 2020 Board of Directors open meeting, the Board adopted updated language to the following policies:
 
 
The Daybreak Community Association management team provided the following updates:
Administration

  • Garden Plot reservations for returning residents is taking place now until March 31
Facilities
  • New spin bikes have been ordered and will be installed soon along with a new floor in the spin room
  • A new facility smart phone access system is available to residents
Operations
  • Working to finalize a new smart phone app to help residents easily report issues to the Association
  • Preparing bids to resurface tennis courts within the community
Communications
  • Official communications department formed in January 2020
  • New resident website launch in March (MyDaybreak.com)
  • Annual resident survey to be released in March
Community Standards
  • Additional fence stain vendor options available with discounts
  • New door tags introduced to help educate residents on covenants
