Open board Meeting Highlights February 2020

During the February 27, 2020 Board of Directors open meeting, the Board adopted updated language to the following policies:
- Collection Policy
- Christmas Lighting and Christmas Display Resolution
- Display and Use of the United States Flag Policy Resolution
The Daybreak Community Association management team provided the following updates:
Administration
- Garden Plot reservations for returning residents is taking place now until March 31
Facilities
- New spin bikes have been ordered and will be installed soon along with a new floor in the spin room
- A new facility smart phone access system is available to residents
Operations
- Working to finalize a new smart phone app to help residents easily report issues to the Association
- Preparing bids to resurface tennis courts within the community
Communications
- Official communications department formed in January 2020
- New resident website launch in March (MyDaybreak.com)
- Annual resident survey to be released in March
Community Standards
- Additional fence stain vendor options available with discounts
- New door tags introduced to help educate residents on covenants
