Design Review Offers New Application Discount

Get a jump on your spring exterior projects with the all-new Design Review Application Discount! Formerly known as the Spring Event, Residents can now take advantage of the application fee discount earlier so projects can be approved and ready to start by the springtime. This will enable residents to get on their contractors list of choice much earlier than in the past before they are booked out for the year.
 
In 2020, residents can turn in a design review application for a reduced fee of only $30 during the months of November and December. This is a $45 savings from the standard $75 fee. Unlike the Spring Event, applicants will not need to meet with a Design Review Committee member. Please see the Design Review page for all modification applications. Turn these in by email or at the Daybreak Community Association office.
 
Residents will receive approvals as complete applications are reviewed by the Design Review Committee. (Approvals will be given no later than March 1.) As a reminder, applications must be submitted with all required information to be reviewed in a timely manner. Modifications must be approved by the Design Review Committee prior to beginning work. The application discount deadline is December 31, 2020 so don't delay!
