For 2020, RCLCO Real Estate Advisors released its annual rankings for top selling communities in the nation. Daybreak was listed as number 5 and sold 1,055 homes last year; a 40% increase. 

The report notes the spectacular pace of new home sales among the top master-planned communities this past year, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, and explores the forces behind that strong performance.

The Daybreak Community Association is working hard  to welcome all these residents and ensure that we are prepared for the exponential growth.
