Daybreak Staff Diversity Training
Daybreak is known for its diversity and inclusion. The Association values our community culture and appreciates seeing all our neighbors come together in so many ways. To become better educated and relate to all our residents in order to achieve a higher level of customer service, the management team has recently completed several courses of diversity and inclusion training. Sara Jones with Inclusion Pro led the training for all staff members. The training discussions and workshops helped team members become more aware of diversity issues and learn how to build relationships. The management staff will continue to serve residents every day and strive to create a more engaging and relatable environment. We admire all of our residents who bring a wealth of knowledge, life experiences and neighborly kindness to the Daybreak community.
