GardenGarden Class: Gardening 101

    • One of our most popular classes! Join LiveDAYBREAK Master Gardener, Jenny Koller, for a Gardening 101 class. You'll learn the essentials of gardening. Get practical tips and advice from Jenny, an experienced gardener. 

Parade of Gardens
June 29, 9AM-12PM

    • We invite you to join us for the 4th Annual Daybreak Parade of Gardens, a great opportunity to find inspiration from all the beautiful yards in the community! This event will showcase a collection of beautifully crafted gardens from Daybreak residents. The day before the event, you'll have access to a map of all the gardens in Daybreak that will be displaying their gardens in this year's  "Parade of Gardens."

Garden Class: Fall Pruning
September 4, 7-8PM

  • About the Class
    • To have a thriving yard and garden, learning proper maintenance techniques is a must. Knowing what to prune and when is key. Our Master Gardener, Jenny, will be doing a hands-on demonstration of proper pruning techniques and will be ready to answer any questions you may have about fall cleanup in the yard.

LiveDAYBREAK is funded by Community Enhancement Fees (CE Fees), collected at the closing of each property sale within Daybreak. The fees collected are used to support community programs, clubs, grants, and events. For resales, the fee is ½ of 1% of the sale price; for new sales, the fee is ¼ of 1% of the sale price. It is important to note that the Homeowners Association (HOA) and LiveDAYBREAK are separate entities funded differently.
