Current Wellness 365 Initiative
Beginning January 15th we are starting a steps challenge! This challenge will last for the last two weeks of the month (ending on January 31st) and can be done inside or outside, depending on your preference. Walking around the lake or getting on the treadmill for 10 minutes can both count! All of your steps will be tracked on your own, and when you hit the health goal of 10 miles, tag us on Facebook or Instagram then come get a SoDa Row gift card from the Glass House, or you can bring your tracking journal to the Glass House with your results for the gift card.

Please note gift cards will be available the first week of February.

January & February -“Steady Flow”
  • The goal this month is to stay active throughout this Pandemic. We are starting with a walking challenge this will be kept in a journal. Once surpassing 10 miles in steps you will qualify for a $10 soda row gift card.
  • You can also qualify for a gift card for tagging your workout buddy and LiveDAYBREAK on Social media. The pic can be anything, does not have to be of anybody working out. Ex: treadmill, mountains, trails. Etc.
  • Get out there!!!
