Yoga in the Park
Ongoing until August 28, 9 - 10 am
Lower Brookside Park: 4853 Fish Hook Rd
Join your fellow neighbors for Sunrise Yoga in the Park hosted by Breathe Yoga Studio. All levels and abilities are welcome to join in on this vinyasa flow. You will just need to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

Sound Bath - SOLD OUT

The sound bath experience is a meditation practice aimed to help you reach a state of relaxation. The practice uses a variety of instruments to create cords that “bathe” the body through vibrations. A sound bath also works to bring your mind, body, and spirit into balanced harmony. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to find your spot. No experience is necessary. Come as you are! Due to limited space, we are doing registration

January - Steady Flow
  • The goal this month is to stay active throughout this Pandemic. We are starting with a walking challenge this will be kept in a journal. Once surpassing 10 miles in steps you will qualify for a $10 soda row gift card.
  • You can also qualify for a gift card for tagging your workout buddy and LiveDAYBREAK on Social media. The pic can be anything, does not have to be of anybody working out. Ex: treadmill, mountains, trails. Etc.

February - Mindfulness with Anna Smyth
  • COVID has thrown a wrench in so many plans this past year causing increased stress and pressure! The increased stress and pressure can lead to emotional reactivity--like an angry outburst you later regret--as well as illness and breakdown of the body. Insomnia, chronic pain, and digestive issues can all be linked to unhealthy levels of stress.
  • LiveDAYBREAK is here to help and has invited Anna Smyth, Director of Mindfulness Utah, to hold a mindfulness workshop for Daybreak residents via zoom. She'll discuss how just a few minutes of mindfulness a day can help us navigate stress and even trauma with more ease calming our mind and body.
May - HIGH Fit Class
To kick off a new version of the Wellness 365 program, we will be hosting an introductory HIGH Fitness class with knowledgeable and motivational instructors! Bring your tennis shoes, your best exercise gear, and tenacity for a class that will bring the heat!


June - BollyX
For June Wellness 365, we have a new introductory class! BollyX is a Bollywood dance-inspired fitness class that is sure to make you sweat. Come in your best workout gear, and get ready to dance!
