January - Steady Flow
  • The goal this month is to stay active throughout this Pandemic. We are starting with a walking challenge this will be kept in a journal. Once surpassing 10 miles in steps you will qualify for a $10 soda row gift card.
  • You can also qualify for a gift card for tagging your workout buddy and LiveDAYBREAK on Social media. The pic can be anything, does not have to be of anybody working out. Ex: treadmill, mountains, trails. Etc.

February - Mindfulness with Anna Smyth
  • COVID has thrown a wrench in so many plans this past year causing increased stress and pressure! The increased stress and pressure can lead to emotional reactivity--like an angry outburst you later regret--as well as illness and breakdown of the body. Insomnia, chronic pain, and digestive issues can all be linked to unhealthy levels of stress.
  • LiveDAYBREAK is here to help and has invited Anna Smyth, Director of Mindfulness Utah, to hold a mindfulness workshop for Daybreak residents via zoom. She'll discuss how just a few minutes of mindfulness a day can help us navigate stress and even trauma with more ease calming our mind and body.
