Winter Freeze FestivalLiveDAYBREAK is excited to invite you to come to Soda row to enjoy our third year of Winter Freeze. This year Winter Freeze will include live ice sculpture carvings, an ice sculpture garden, fire dancers, a snowshoe demo (try on and walk around in snowshoes), meeting Olympic and Special Olympic Athletes, a bobsled and dog sled photo op, S’more making, a rideable train, a cardboard sled contest, a DJ Spinning tunes, and much more! No need to worry about the cold, campfires will be spread on Soda Row to keep everyone warm as you watch a Fire Dance Performance!
Cardboard Sled Contest
During the Winter Freeze Festival, LiveDAYBREAK will be hosting a cardboard sled contest. We are hoping for snow. So, please make sure that your sled is rideable. If there is snow, we will have a cardboard sled race. Sleds will be judged based on the design! There are two categories. 12 and Under and 13 and Over. Gather your extra cardboard and use your creative brains to build the best cardboard sled in Daybreak. Cardboard Sled Check-in time: 1 PM- 2 PM at LiveDAYBREAK Info Tent (Blue LiveDAYBREAK tent) on Soda row. The contest starts right at 2:30 PM! The contest will take place on Soda Row Stage.
