Board of Directors Seeking Applicants

The Board of Directors for the Daybreak Community Association is seeking applicants to fill two upcoming vacancies. These positions, while non-voting, hold significant importance as they will actively contribute to shaping the future of our community by providing valuable input on various matters brought before the Board, such as setting policies, standards, procedures, budgets, and more.

This is an excellent chance for our residents to engage with the Daybreak community actively and proudly represent their neighbors and fellow residents. To be eligible, applicants must be property owners in Daybreak and maintain a good standing with the Association. Additionally, those selected will be required to adhere to a code of ethics, ensuring the highest standards of conduct.

Please submit your applications by 5:00 pm on October 27, 2023. You can send them to or drop them off at the Association office at the address provided below. The application, along with an informative FAQ and the code of ethics, can be accessed through the link below. We kindly request that you review the entire application, FAQ, and code of ethics before submitting your application. Remember to include a resume detailing your education and experience along with your application. Once received, applicants will have the opportunity to meet with the Board of Directors for interviews, after which the new members will be selected.
