CCMC Names Suzanne Gamvroulas Community Manager for Daybreak

Since 2011, Cindy Spillane has served as your community manager. Her exceptional performance has now led to an internal promotion with CCMC. In her new role as vice president, Cindy will lead all CCMC operations in Houston. Cindy will begin transitioning to her new role in this spring, with her relocation to Houston scheduled for May 2017.

With Cindy's departure, comes the promotion of Suzanne Gamvroulas. As your new community manager, Suzanne will be responsible for the daily operations of the association, community leadership and long-term planning. For the past three years, Suzanne has worked closely with Cindy as your sub-association manager, with oversight of the townhome and condominium neighborhoods within Daybreak. This experience has equipped her with an intimate knowledge of this unique and complex community. "Suzanne's first-hand experience at Daybreak, coupled with her ability to deliver personalized service, made her the perfect fit for this new opportunity," explains division president Delores Ferguson. Suzanne will begin training for her new role immediately. CCMC has already begun the search for her successor as sub-association manager.

Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Suzanne brings more than 18 years of professional experience to her new role, including work as an advertising account executive for top media clients in Toronto and Boston. In 2011, she joined CCMC and, for the past three years, has led the daily operations, community governance and strategic planning of Daybreak's townhome and condominium communities. She prides herself on doing "whatever it takes" to serve her customers and using her strong interpersonal skills to find innovative and sustainable solutions to problems. "My goal is to work closely with residents and board members to ensure that their needs are met," she says. "This business is about people and, together, we will continue to make Daybreak a community like no other."
