The Daybreak Community Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Cindy Spillane will serve as Executive Director. Cindy's extensive background in the community management industry, 20-year career with CCMC and previous experience as Daybreak's community manager make her an ideal candidate. Most recently, she served as a vice president for CCMC's Central Division in Dallas, Texas.

As executive director, Cindy will work closely with the Board of Directors and use her expertise in leadership, strategic planning, service and operations to guide the Association.

"Because of Cindy's vast experience, we are confident in her ability to lead the Association," said Board President Cameron Jackson. "We're thrilled to welcome Cindy back to Daybreak because she understands how special of a place Daybreak is and how to manage many of its unique aspects. I know she'll be able to hit the ground running and make an immediate difference."

Cindy is very active in the industry and holds several credentials, including the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI).

"I am honored to serve Daybreak once again," Cindy said. "I look forward to connecting with residents to enhance the community culture for years to come."
